The Government’s decision to disband the Register of Buildings (RoB) through Act of Parliament No. 2 of 1990, which transferred its functions to the NHC, resulted in the current National Housing Corporation. Act No. 13 of 1971 formed RoB, whereas Act No. 45 of 1962 founded the previous NHC. The Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Settlements Development oversees NHC. The Board of Directors, which is in charge of business strategy and policies, represents the Ministry. The Director General, who answers to the Board of Directors, is in charge of NHC’s daily operations.To fill available posts, the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is looking for qualified Tanzanians who meet the following requirements:
